Chicken and mushroom meatballs


1 chicken, about 1 kg
2 onions
5-6 mushrooms
3 eggs
salt
black pepper
parsley
breadcrumbs
oil  

Method of preparation
The chicken is boiled in salted water. The white meat is separated and finely chopped. The mushrooms are cooked separately and they are also finely ground. Mix meat, mushrooms, two eggs, finely chopped parsley and pepper to taste. The mixture is salted and mixed very well. It is made of meatballs, which are dipped in breadcrumbs and fried in hot oil.
